Room 330? Are you playing at the Radisson Conference Center or something?

Sorry.
This one just made more sense.
And... I'm a Meat Puppets fan.

And thanks for the love.

The Flat Iron Building is the nucleus of the Wicker Park art scene. The entire building is rented out to artists, galleries, and performance groups. On the FIRST FRIDAY NIGHT of every month, the whole building does a major opening with all of the artists presenting their work. You can go into the building, browse, approach the artists and buy artwork.

This is tempting. Depends on if I'm going to the Broadcast show.

What was your old costume?

So it's an artsy affair, is it? Playing something high-brow?

I keep missing everyone. I haven't seen any CMJers since moving to Chicago over 2 months ago, though I have met epa, Charli, Spade Kitty, and Z other times.

How long are your acoustic sets usually? I've been asked to do a few recently and I keep declining 'cause I can't imagine doing more than 4 songs or so...

I think KPH wins the best name change of the day award.

Yeah, hell, you've stayed on my couch, and I drove you and what's her face around. She was cute, you should have drilled her.

Regardless, I live on a very wierd time schedule, but if you see a show you want to go to, let me know, and I'll let you know where I'm gigging at instead of going to that show. Then maybe you can come out to a gig sometime, although I know you must be swamped with school...

Kevin --
I can play about 90 minutes or so, acoustic. But I can stretch it to 2 hours, if needed although my fingers will be bloody stumps by that time and I will have to dig back in my catalog pretty far.

I write most of my stuff on the acoustic, so most of it translates pretty well to that format. Although some of it just doesn't work like that.

And the Flat Iron Building is kinda triangular. It's the big building on the southeast corner of North, Milwaukee, and Damen... across from the Double Door.

Day-of *bump*
I'll be hanging for a little while afterward, too.
Anyone coming?
Hope to see you.

Anybody going? I'm not sure if I'll be able to make it in time. Looking like not, unfortunately.
