Did me good, but only makes the stupid second half laydown to Tennessee more painful. Bush hates midgets and Herbstreit hates LSU.

In retrospect, that is the second-most inexplicable result in all of college football this season, surpassed only by TCU's only loss coming to an abysmal SMU squad. And as an ND fan, I'm feeling worse about the loss to Michigan St. every week. That just may rank #3 on the list of 2005 inexplicable college football outcomes.

I think the players were tired from the aftermath of Katrina. That and our coaches mailed in the second half.
