if they're the band i'm thinking of (Kill Rock Stars or Mint some northwest label put them out) then the album i heard wasn't all that great. female-fronted, mid-tempo, moody rock. no hooks to speak of. however, now that i see you liked what you heard, i'll shut up.

Don't know them, but Pitchfork reviews disagree with each other. One says they're boring as moss spit, all-Nico loving, bad Mazzy Star dull. Another says they're awesome female JAMC mopey fuzz.

Dunno. Probably okay.

Saw them open for Bettie Serveert, and it was wretched, i can't even describe how bad it was. So i've never checked out their recorded output because i was so mad about losing that 45 minutes of my life. Bettie Serveert rocked my face off to make up for Slumber Party's imitation of The Shaggs.
