As I looked at the local best of 2004 album lists in the KC paper today I notice that one guy has listed Gary Numan-Hope Bleeds in his top 10. Apparently it's just one of another of his numerous live albums so it's not all that vital but I was wondering if anyone has heard it and has any opinions of this 2 disc set that looks like it's the audio portion of a recently minted DVD.
FWIW, Funeral Arcade only gathered two mentions across some 20 lists and Greenday and Franz Ferdinand seemed to be the most often cited albums. It is KC afterall but there were scattered mentions of Eletrelane, Blonde Redhead, Deerhoof. Not that any of those will likely make my list...
