Check this out:

The entirety of Beck's 2005 Guero remixed by his contemporaries, including Air, Boards of Canada, the Beastie Boys' Ad-Rock, and ex-Unicorns Island and Th' Corn Gangg, along with Beck's "Clap Hands" which was only available before on the collector's edition version of Guero

01 Homelife - E-Pro
02 Islands - Que Onda Guero
03 Octet - Girl
04 Air - Missing
05 Ad-Rock - Black Tambourine
06 Mario C - Earthquake Weather
07 8-Bit - Hell Yes
08 Boards of Canada - Broken Drum
09 El-P - Scarecrow
10 Superthriller - Go It Alone
11 Subtle - Farewell Ride
12 John King - Rental Car
13 Th' Corn Gangg - Emergency Exit
14 Beck - Clap Hands

My number one pick of 2005 now with awesome remixes and reinterpretations.

Sweet!

Prolly not especially since I can't find my copy of Guero at the moment...

I still can't get into this album. I don't know why, maybe I should rig up my e-meter and see what the problem is with me.

Is this an official release? Like I can go into Best Buy and pick it up?

Really? I bought this album and think that it's Beck's worst album. I saw this leak on s1sk last night but didn't bother because I'm not really a remix type of person.

Yep. Different strokes for different folks I guess. This is a legitimate, buy in the stores release. I've got a downloaded copy so if anyone wants to hear it, PM me.

Nope - I've never heard a remix album that I've liked, and I've only heard about 1 or 2 remixes in my life that I enjoyed.

So, South Pacific,

This is a solid release? Is the Hell Yes the version that was on ITunes awhile back with the three other remixes? That song is hot.

Also...

are the Islands any good? I've seen them pop up a lot lately. Arcade Fire has been in the same sentences.
