Oh, and while were at it... Fuck him for being in ConAir. The epitome of everything wrong with movies.

Other than that, love ya John.

I didn't think Identity was all that bad, but I don't think all the blame goes to Cusack. The convoluted story is probably the worst part of it.

Yeah, but the idea was cool at the time - a bunch of actors with some cred in a big budget, dumb action flick? Sure, it never quite got off the ground, but I was pulling for it. Cusack, Buscemi, Malky, not quite abominable Cage (Snake Eyes), et al.

Pure evil. Everything he touches turns to shit. 'cept Adaptation. He shocked me in that.

See, I think he was on his way by the Rock, "benefit of the doubt" time for ConAir, and then...wow. I wasn't too surprised by Adaptation, given the source material and director. Did anyone bother to see Weather Man?

Serendipity
America's Sweethearts

America's Sweethearts really wasn't that bad. Quite funny actually. But then there's Serendipity... oh my fucking god. I can't think of a movie in the last 15 years that pissed me off like that movie. What a colossal pile of shit. Only thing saving that was the fact that Kate B is wicked hot.

tense change much?

PU!!! Serendipity was such a huge disappointment! But I still watched it twice, the second time with the sound off. :P

I love Cusack, but I've only enjoyed a handful of his movies. Both he and Julia Roberts have had more stinkers than hits, and yet they are two of my favourite actors. :?:

Hi Erin! I'll bet you fell for Cusack as Lloyd Dobbler. Good for you for not settling!

On my first date with one guy, once I got in the car, he handed me a "Diner's Club" discount book and asked me to pick a restaurant with a good discount! That was tacky but the real reason I passed on him, was that as the evening progressed these little flecks of spittal collected at the corners of his mouth. Blech!

Funny thing is he's on his second marriage and I'm still single. I guess there's someone out there for everyone!

I have sisters that are fucking awesome. Erin, you are awesome for that. There are some things that are just important in life. My sister fell in love with a guy because he started quoting Blade Runner to her (of course, if anyone did that now, she'd probably be all, "...it's been done...").

I liked Identity, and I like John Cusack, and I have yet to see Grosse Point Blank (but it's on my list).

Haha, this sounds like something I would dump a guy for (the spittle thing). I've dumped guys before for: legs were too skinny, already had a girlfriend, was too "virtuous" (i.e he wouldn't service me accordingly after we'd been dating for like 6 months), bad breath (he was in a band so I put up with it a lot longer than I should have). I have heard that the virtuous guy got married before me to a sweet little ol' thang who is now the mother to his 6.5 children, and they live in suburban North Atlanta. Blech.

Welcome Erin!
