i worked for catalyst in milwaukee. they made/make warehouse management software. became quite familiar with rfids, along with similar conveyor constructs.

It could be worse.

You could share your county with Anti-Flag.... Iron City lager only marginally makes up for that debit against Pittsburgh's integrity.

dude the Clarks and the Zen Tricksters far outweigh the low points of Anti-Flag.

Modey Lemon, Karl Hendricks and Don Cab were all a help though.

No shit?! They have any big clients? I can't remember who Harley just used to re-map their pick-to-light system, but I saw it in person.

It's been a while since my Con Law days, but I'd think that the question ought to be to what extent Feds monitoring meetings like these impinge upon the right to free association, which flows from the 1st Amendment.

I'd guess that a Fed showing up incognito at a meeting open to the public doesn't violate anything. But using information (such as membership in a certain organiztion) against a person as evidence of a crime, if the organization isn't involved in illegal activity, would be a violation of the 1st Amendment.

I can say it because the right to privacy has only been "inferred" from other rights very recently, and only in cases involving those issues. It was never mentioned - and many say it did not exist - until it was needed to protect abortion rights.

Well, it may not have been well-formed as a concept, but it's pretty clearly implied from the right to pursue happiness and all. I mean the concept of an overly watchful oligarchy was a clear and present danger to them of those times. Sure, George Orwell may not have written 1984 yet, but it's not like they wouldn't've read it and said, "yeah, now this is what I'm talkin' 'bout!"
