It was -20c for a week (that's -5f before the windchill) and then it dumped 15in.

Shouldn't it be something like "...and then it dumped 38.1 cm."?

I love it when it stays below freezing -- I can breathe through my nose (allergies).

That said -- sympathies -- when you're not ready for cold, that sucks.

Supposed to be 79-80 degrees on Christmas Day. Shouldn't I be on an island having tropical drinks in that kinda weather?
