man, i do not like the redwalls. i get that they're young and they play all their own instruments, but those kids are just jerks.

haha... my ex and i owned/ran a small booking agency when we were married. somehow, he became friends with their manager (who was in a band of his own), and suddenly we had to go see the Pages (this was right before they changed their name, so we're talking two or three years ago) at a gay sex club because the manager's fake gay band was playing there and got the kids a gig, as well. It was some benefit, so please don't spread any rumors that those boys are gay. Anyway, we're at this horrendous show and the kids coming pushing through the crowd like they're rockstars. Really snobby, downing beers, we were trying to talk to them and they were acting like, big shocker here... teenagers.

to me, they're just a bunch of kids whose parents could afford to buy their instruments and make shit happen for them. i respect what they do because i guess they're doing it well if you're into ripping off the beatles, but every time i've met them, they've just been snotty little asses.

I know Mitch (manager) from his days booking bands at Nevin's Live. He's a nice guy.

But yeah, I grews up in the same area as those kids (Highland Park) and the attitude across the whole North Shore... that's just pretty typical.

Yeah, he's a nice guy. Have you had the pleasure of seeing a Super 8 Cum Shot show? I got an enema tube and Twinkie as parting gifts at their show. I thought the enema tube was a really long Twizzler wrapped in plastic, so I was swinging it around, chewing on the end of it. A big gay dude said, "Sweetie... do you know what that is?"
