Lost me. As much as I heart Modest Mouse, and there's a few tracks that I really dig on the album... but it doesn't do it for me anymore. It ain't no Lonesome or Moon. Shouldn't it be called "Bad News for People Who Love Modest Mouse?"

Agreed...just so weak compared to the last 2. How sad.

You guys are high. That Björk - Medúlla album is quite possibly my favourite thing she's ever done. My only hesitation with it, is that it reminds me a bit too much of Todd Rundgren's A Capella.

What's "throat singing"? As opposed to what, singing out of your ass? I don't consider that singing...

Mine:

Grower: Ghost, Hypnotic Underworld -- L, I disliked Snuffbox Immanence so much, I didn't even get this until someone played me a couple tracks. And then I was like, 'wah?' And then I was like, 'dude!' And then I was like, 'whoa!' And then I was like...

hey guap,
glad to know you're still alive and well.

as for jim white it took some time for his new one to hit me. i think i may have even remarked to Senor Radcliffe a few months ago of my displeasure with the new record. I dunno, maybe it's because i was so enamored with his last 'No Such Place' (which BTW made my Listmania 100) i didn't give it a chance. Now it's kicking my ass.

Happy Holidays Greg
