i have just about every rose melberg-related release. i don't have everything in front of me but:

the softies have 3 cds, all released on K. they also have a mini album on slumberland. there are a few older 7" Softies records, it might take some searching to find them or mp3s of b-side tracks.

tiger trap have a cd and ep both released on K. also maybe a split 7" wiht heavenly or something like that.

rose doesn't do much in the band gaze, but i have those two cds as well. my least fav rose-related project.

there's a Go Sailor discography on Lookout records. i think it encompasses all GS releases.

the three peeps i believe is just Rose solo under a different name. i think it's all on Portola. she also have some other comp tracks floating around...

gotta go.

more rose talk later

On a similar note, do you like Courtney Love the band, or their fabulous frontwoman, Lois Maffeo? Lois' "Butterfly Kiss" ranks up there as one of my faves. Gotta love twee pop.

yeah i should also mention that anyone who digs the softies should check out Dear Nora. all of her stuff is on Magic Marker. The "dreaming out loud" 7", which was written and recorded in 10 hours in her bedroom on a 4-track, is like a lo-fi acoustic indie pop lovers wet dream.
