we are doing a bunch of training for managers and we have to have times that work for Asia - and then early morning meetings for those in europe and India

plus i get on a plane at 6am to go down to Sacramento for the day tomorrow to fire someone.

We were asked to take voluntary vacation to keep overhead down.

It's a step necessary to prevent layoffs.

i am tired of my schedule. i have been interviewing for a new position - had 2nd round today. it would be about a 50% raise and people management responsibility...however with less travel and crazy hours
