Have they come up with a good replacement for the audioscrobbler Ipod plugin yet? I used to use that, but something with the latest Itunes screwed it up and and the alternate, jscrob, sucked because I had to keep the Ipod autosynced with my Ipod to read my playcounts. I gave up on that a while ago because I really dislike being stuck with whatever I've listened to in the last however many days having to be on my Ipod.

I recently discovered the site and plan on downloading the software once I do an upgrade on my hardware. I like that one can sychronise Last.fm rankings with existing rankings in Windows Media Player and LAUNCHcast (which I do have a station for). I'm obsessive enough that I want to make sure songs by the same artist on multiple albums are ranked the same, so as not to alter my music flow.

That said, I did upload my last album to Last.fm.

I think its a great site. Been listening to XTC a bit the last few days, i like checking out the top fans of XTC and the majority have horrendous musical taste.

Also the top fan of the strokes has listened to them 9391 times! And also likes kanye west & taking back sunday & the killers. Bizarre. Mind you probably left strokes on continous play all night.

Probably a street teamer with the new disc set to run on repeat all day long so the Strokes get a higher listing.
