i don't think its that bad of an idea for someone like me who has basically no free time.

i would rather spend the money and get myself a new computer though.

A buck a CD? The only way I'd do it is if I wanted/needed it done very quickly. Otherwise, I'll continue at my snail's pace and be happy about it.

Wow. Quite the scam. This would be so easy, especially if they build a library of music as they go. They wouldn't even need to rip your CDs: just copy pre-ripped files, and viola! $500 bucks richer.
