earlier in the week, i believe it was brought up in one of the chicago peeps' threads, there was some mention about the chicago band the M's. i've seen that they'll be playing in madison this sat. night (rathskellar to be exact for those interested). i don't know nuttin' about 'em, except that the description about them in our weekly describes them as t-rexy psychedelica, which really interests me.

they're super good and are touring with of montreal right now. they got signed to polyvinyl within the last six months. their new album just came out. go drink with them afterward.
