so as i have boasted in the past, my wife has procured some vip tickets to this show tonight. has anyone been to this venue? i am hoping there are seats because i am too old to deal with a crowded floor of nerds. can anyone confirm or deny the existence of seats? if they are there, then i will have good ones.

You in Dallas? I'm seeing Deathcab and Franz Ferdinand March 31. If you're talking about Dallas it does have seats.

i am talking about the one in manhattan, but if there are seats in dallas that's a good sign.

as for the bed comment, not every band can be thursday or helmet.

har har......

even somewhat mellow bands - ie sigur ros can put on an amazing show. i have seen b&s a bunch of times - they are decent, but very unmemorable and at times boring.

If I had to make a list of "memorable hooks" or "songs that get stuck in my head to no fucking end such that I end up hating half of If You're Feeling Sinister," B&S would have to make the top 5, at least.

what were the highlights? any nice bustouts? i've been dreaming of seeing "sukie in the graveyard" played live...seems like that would absolutely rip.

that did rip. also 'your cover's blown' and everything off of sinister was outstanding.

tons of people were fainting. they had to stop the show a couple times. it was like a michael jackson concert in rio or something.
