THat sounds crazy...and I bet I could pick some up in Bama, actually.
Pretty large Greek community..you ever hear of Malbis plantation?

Atlanta is sounding better and better to me. Lotsa fags and Greeks. Sounds like I'd like it.

Yeah, OPA was the first thing I thought of too. That shouldn't be.

That's true. You should think of Ouzo, or Balaklava...ANYTHING but OPA!

Not that there's anything wrong with that.

You gotta check out the ursus red vodka.

By the way, it's called Baklava, and Galaktoboureko is so much better anyway.

What is the G thing, Chris?

I loves some Greek food.

Galaktoboureko is delicious. It's a filo pastry similar to Baklava but instead of nuts, it's filled with custard. It's very good and not as sweet as Baklava.

Damn that sounds good i will have to try it. Where are you or your family from in Greece OPA?

I'm from the island of Chios, which is in the Aegean Sea.

Nice, just checked it out, looks beautiful and Homer used to teach there? Thats impressive.

I live in MOBILE ALABAMA, Sir.

But we got fags down here as well, allegedly.

I know 2 nice lesbian bartenders.

Oooops, "Bama" should've been a clue. You know what's funny...I actually applied to the University of Bama Tuscaloosa and got accepted. I visited the campus and decided against it after seeing that I was the only person with black hair there.

oddly enough, Baton Rouge and LSU has a really large Greek and Middle Eastern population. Lots of great Greek places to eat too.

That's pretty funny. The dude who is the leader of Malbis went there. He speaks with a pretty strong Greek accent.
They have a huge community in Birmingham, too. Its like Jews in the South: if you don't know where they are, you may not even realize they're there.

Atlanta is much more modern and "with it" than Alabama, Which is why I stay over here: SLOW FOR THE PO'

It's more of an overprotective brother thing combined with the Greeks' xenophobia. Greeks think they are better than everyone and always try to stick with their own kind. It's just the way Greek kids are brought up. When a tourist comes along and flirts with a Greek girl, you better believe that her brothers and cousins will get in the way. It can really get ugly. This happens mostly in Greece, but it's been known to happen in the States as well. I think everyone of my siblings and cousins have married Greek people.

It's funny cause I always tell people that they need to go to Greece at least once in their life to experience it. There's a freedom about it and an invincibility like you can do anything you want. I've gotten in lots of trouble everytime I've gone.

Haha just stick to the Swedish chicks.

Majority are British, stay clear of those. Lot of German girls which i don't recommend unless you like body hair on ladies (Again only going on personal experience). Swedish and i should throw in Norweigans, great laugh and up for anything. Mind you everybody thought i was Swedish, sun bleached blonde hair & blue eyes shit.
