I am completely happy with who got asked to leave tonight. Really this is Paris' show to win or lose. She has a huge voice, and the genes to proove it. I think overall, the girls are much much stronger than the dudes.

Elliott? Really? I dont see him winning anything...

On the guy side, can they just get rid of that little Kevin kid already. He totally has the William Hung vote. Sorry (

Go Katharine and Paris !

i've only seen the guys sing so far and i'd probably choose elliot too from what i've heard so far.

i don't know what taylor was doing w/ those "moves" and his annoying "SOUL PATROL" shoutouts should get him a beating.

i kinda felt bad that will got kicked off because he seemed like a nice guy but his singing did suck.

Ok, so when Seacrest asks Gideon or whoever "how you feelin?" when he is told he's been kicked off, his answer is "Praise Jesus, I'm saved in the Lord." :wtf:

That's not what he asked you, numbnuts!! Answer the fucking question, and resist the urge to score one more for Team Fish. This shit kills me. This has to bother some christians too.

I don't know that this bothers me per se. I think it is like a form of crying. haha. that may sound odd. He said, "I am saved by the blood of christ." I think it was his way of coming up with a different version of the same old response: "well, to have made it this far has changed my life...blah blah blah....this is only the beginning....blah blah blah..."

If you ask me, it's the question that needs to go. I think if I were in that situation I would want to say, "how the hell do you think it feels? It sucks, you emotion exploiting douchebag". I think it would be funny to hear someone say that or to say, "man, you know. I feel really great right now. It's awesome to be told you're not good enough. It's just like when my mother used to lock me in the closet and tell me I was a bad boy because I told daddy about her gentlemen callers that came by while he was at work".

Honestly, how are you supposed to answer that question, you know? Isn't it obvious?

very weird/awkward for sure

Also, Elliott Yamin can sing like a mofo. I think he should win, based on voice alone.

Agreed, Elliott SHOULD win!

I still can't figure out how in the world that kid with classes made it through -- he can't even touch Elliott's vocal abilities.

True. There's not really a good answer, but he seemed to like to work that particular answer into every on-camera exchange he got. You know... Good for him.

Katharine is my favorite girl, as well as overall.

Hicks is my favorite guy, followed closely by Elliott.

As for the winners, I think it'll be either Katharine or Elliott. I don't see Hicks winning, but no doubt in my mind he makes the top 5.

yeah. I didn't really notice that with him but that was mostly because he kind of bothered me in general. Like what simon said, "your smile bothers me". He just bugged me in general. Paris made a comment about Jesus too. She just did it in a more hip way I guess. It was not this week, it was the past week. She said she had "ups" or something like that. I can't really remember. I thought it was funny though.

As far as personalities go, I think I like Kellie Pickler the most. I just want to give her a completely non-sexual hug. haha. Her little conversation about being a "mink". haha. she's awfully cute.

But I can see her getting very annoying after a while. I love Mandissa. She should win from the girls.

But overall, Elliott is my favorite. He really snuck up on me.

See. I am definitely NOT in the Mandissa boat. My mother loves her. I just don't think her voice is that great. I think she is in the bottom 2 for me. Something about the tone of her voice. It sounds really screechy to me.

Elliott wasn't great last week, and Simon was right to call him on it.

Oh, and I'll always root for the fat girl.

There are quite a bit of cringe factor moments like when someone sings a Fuel song or a Seether song (that guy is awful) but it's pretty entertaining when people attempt to sing Stevie Wonder, etc.

By the way, tonight's theme is Stevie Wonder songs.
