It's a good tune, but I was a little disappointed it wasn't harder.

how was wmc? a lot of my drum n'bass friends that went said they were a bit disappointed by it this year...

good track, but like t said, i wish it was a bit harder. when it comes to d&b, i like my beats hard like two-day old shit. ;)

for drum and bass, it wasn't the best year actually. some good nights, but overall, nothing mindblowing.

the techno nights i caught were much better. i was blown away by carl Cox, Richie Hawtin, James Holden, and a few others.

yeah that's what they were saying. my current roomies are dj's in the d&b scene and one of them who went said it was a waste of time this year and it wasn't anything special they couldn't hear in la.

drooooooooool richie hawtin. i just saw dan bell play last weekend. sooooooooo wicked. he dropped the minimal hard beats like WHOA. one day, i WILL go to DEMF.

apparat's spinning this weekend, so i'mma check that out. :rawk:

bubbles! yes, you did. and it is GREAT. ok i gotta check out this nathan fake you keep speaking of. RIYL?

one of my good friends is a promoter in the techno scene here in la (which isn't very big) so he brings out a lot of good talent... so i always go support his parties and he's bringing out apparat. that shit is gonna be BANGIN!

if you enjoy Boards of Canada, Autechre [early stuff], Aphex Twin [early stuff], you'll dig Nathan Fake.
