ETA into your lovely city is early afternoon tomorrow. Public apologies to Cap'n as I have not called him yet since apparently Cingular has no service in the greater La Crosse area. Worst case scenario: I'll call once we're settled at the Ruby Marie.

Looking forward to seeing you crazy kids.

suuuh-weet.

And yeah, LaCross ain't real high on any cell provder's list. Shit, we just drove past there on the way back from Wyalusing State Park. Took Busty's dog camping while he's galavanting about greater Europa.

I'm totally gonna forget sketch is calling, and see the caller id, and think it's about an internship. I friggin know it.

Thursday. Hitting the Brewers-Reds game. We're sitting in section 422 if you want to sit close. Potential pre-game tailgate w/ cousins as well. PM me some contact info if you fancy a plan.

Also in town Friday afternoon/evening, but there's a lot of family wedding stuff going on. Chances of meeting up are slim at best.

Sect 422. Noted. I will consider attending the game, and stalking my prey 'til the moment is right to pounce, Croc Hunter style.

That's pay-day, and upper-grand seats tend to run under 20$ anyway, so it won't be hard.

Now we're talkin. Especially if the temps stay low like this, negating a Union drinkathon.

fwiw, across the street from the ruby marie there's a little strip mall called the gateway w/ a great independent record store called mad-city music exchange.

if we're doin' boots, make sure to eat hearty!

As if there's any other way to eat?

Thanks for the tip on the record store. Sent you a PM w/ phone numbers. EDIT: 3ish is... well... probably perfect.

Do that Tibetan restaurant!!!
That there's some good eating!

I am jealous and want to be in Madison with all of y'all -- record shopping and eating and drinking and stuff.

1000 block. Pretty close - just before the Roman Candle.

**disclaimer**

I have shitloads of work to do this week, as well as incoming inlaws (eta 7pm), but I am going to make a heroic effort to balance everything. Thus, I may make an early appearance today (afternoon delight @ the Essen?) and then do a better job tomorrow, but neither appearance is going to be what it should. Ordinarily, I have more time than I care to admit, but this week is turning into the perfect storm.
