I dug out Everclear's "Sparkle and Fade" yesterday and the song "Queen of the Air" got me, just like it did way back when.

The end guitar solo of 'A Junkies Blues' from Queensryche's Opeartion Mindcrime II is the same solo used in 'Anarchy-X' off the first Mindcrime.......love it.

The tubular bell strike near the end of Japan's "The Tenant". Gets me every time.

Probably a live cut of 'It's a Good Life (If You Don't Weaken)' by the Tragically Hip. Just a level of intensity higher than the studio cut which makes you hyperaware of a song you've heard a million times before. Another song from the same set, 'Bobcaygeon' did the same.
