Do any of you all listen to this band? I have a couple discs (The Sea and the Bells, and Systems/Layers). To me it's kind of hit and miss. Some of the songs are really amazing, but some are horribly boring and seem like they're trying to be artsy just for the sake of being artsy.

Any obpinions?

I think you could say it sounds like a decent mixture of all those different offshoots of GY!BE but less weird.

I tried posting YSI's but it was taking FOREVER to go through so I quit them. I will try again later and post them in here.

One of my favorite acts, I think they're remarkable and blur the lines separating modern classical composition, chamber music, ambience and indie rock. I can see how some people would find their tracks too sedate, but I love them. I'll post a couple tracks after the Sox-Yankees game is done.

Since you're going to do it, please post a ysi for Rhine and Courtesan. I LOVE that song. The leading note in the piano part makes me feel nice. First track on The Sea and The Bells. Thanks

Rachel's is a high class strip club here in Palm Beach.

The girls are insanely HOT, and they'll finish you off for a bottle of champagne.

oh, and they serve steak.

Down boy, you is recently hitched.

Just think about how many burgers and fat tires you can get at Duke's for the price of that champagne.

Note: image googling "Rachel's" brings back "Rachel's Fried Mehoon"

Now I don't know what a mehoon is, but on a Rachel it sounds interesting.
