I prefer the gin to the vodka, and living with haq was a treat if just for the martinis.

I like the sapphire over the tanq, but haven't tried the t10.

I forget who gave all this shit to aaron, but he had garlic stuffed olives, mushroom stuffed olives, maybe bleu cheese stuffed olives? I know I've got those in the fridge. And he had these vermouth spiked pearl onions that were fucking awesome.

It definitely adds to the martini experience.

Yeah, olives are essential to the martini. And the gin martini's got it all over the vodka martini. The very first martini I ever ordered was a vodka martini at the Buckhead Diner in ATL (I was 23 and didn't know any better)---last time I ever ordered a vodka martini, as well.

My mother-in-law loves martini's, and every year for either Christmas or my birthday she get's me some form of martini paraphernalia--I've got all kinds of cool shit for making and serving martini's.

Think I'll serve some tonight.

Now if only I had known these things when I was in Liquid Soul and touring through SLC.

I would have brought you some onions and had you make me a martini.
