isn't that the place that had a bunch of cadets dress up in blackface and "fairies" for some sort of costume party? I'm pretty sure it was VMI...

EDIT: It was VMI. But it was about 2 years ago, and I'm having difficulty finding the original link to the story, which is on here ...oh well. The vid was quaint enough, I suppose.
