Location: 10 stops from Coney Island baby!
2 nights at the Bowery Ballroom in August! Unfortunately, I can only go to one. But I'm hoping to meet Alan McGee...FINALLY!

Dirty Pretty Things are playing here the same night as The Editors. Interestingly enough at the frickin' Fonda...whatever. They should've stuck to their plan of two nights at The Troub. Anyway, I'll be seeing Editors...DPT's show is gonna be full of industry types (ugh!).

You forget that I've seen 'em twice already. Trust me, if it were any other night, I'd go. If you've never been part of an industry audience, you'd know why I'm hesitant to go -- they talk through the entire set, you can barely hear the band and they're annoying as fuck.

DPT will be back.
