I just realized while listening to Dr. Feelgood off of their Greatest Hits record that hlaf the fucking guitar solo is edited out.

What the fuck? Yeah I gotcha, it's Motley Crue. But I say, EXACTLY! If I wanna fucking listen to a song I want the whole fucking thing. It's not like I bought the song from Clear Channel.

Why do people do this shit?

By the way, I'm not really looking for an answer here. Just sayin'.

Didn't Ozzy Osbourne release an entire album that had been RECUT with a different bass player overdubbing the original parts, because Sharon had a bone to pick with the original bassist? That way they could withhold his royalties, or somethng?

As a fan, if I had bought that album, I would have been PISSED.

Yeah Blizzard Of Ozz and Diary Of A Madman had Kerslake & Daisley's drums and bass rerecorded by Trujillo & Bordin.

That's just downright squirrely...even though I can't believe yer complaining about having to hear LESS of the schlong-fingered stylings of Mick Mars. :)

I rarely ( we're talkin', it's been years since I popped one in ) listen to my Ozzy CD's - but I'll at least always hold onto the 2 albums Sharon fucked with cuz I know I can't buy those versions anymore.
