i hope they all rot in hell. they made up false allegations of us having wild parties and leaving beer bottles everywhere [both entirely untrue for a variety of reasons] b/c they want to get us kicked out of our apt - they dont like us living in the neighborhood & have made this known in a variety of oh so subtle ways.
we have been on the receiving end of a variety of really rude actions - last weekend i was 'accidentally' elbowed while i was in the hardware store by someone who could have very easily walked around me or said excuse me - it was too forceful to be an accident - and my gf has actually dropped a basket of groceries and walked out in disgust after being repeatedly run into or pushed past in the market.

by neighbors, i didnt mean in my building per se, i meant in my neighborhood. my bldg only has 2 other apts, and our neighbors actually knock on our door when theyre having parties [once in a year for a bday]to make sure it's ok with us [it always is].
the problem is coming from the rest of the neighbors on our block. we live in a heavily religious neighborhood, and we arent of said religion, and this leads to very shitty treatment from time to time, this recent complaint included.

edit: there is no place for us to 'leave beer bottles' inside of our bldg, nor have we ever tried to find a place, so that's how we know it's people on the block who just dont like us.

I don't get this! I am faced with similar situation right now in my personal life. "Christians" think I am a sinner and going to burn in hell forever for the way I lead my life. However, I was brought up that being "Christian" is not measured in one action nor the number of attendances at church in a year. I do not go to church therefore I am a heathen.

I was raised that God cares more about how you lead your day to day life and how you treat other people is far more important.

Why is it that the most religious people are often quite judgemental and the most un-Christian by way of the golden rule?

I have decided I don't care what they think--God will reward them for their "Christian ways" and I'll just kill them with kindness and be secure in the fact that I am the bigger person for not stooping to their level.
