I bought a case of 24pk case of Old Style last night for 8.99 at the grocery store. I only had a couple last night, since I didn't start drinking until about 11pm and had worked all day, but tonight I have been drinking them since 7pm.
I think I need to consume a few more to equal a 12 pack, hopefully I can do that by 1am. I haven't been drinking the crap beer like this, since I got the Old Milwaukee for the 4th of July.

i had 2 C-Note Imperial IPA's at the New Old Lompoc here in town - about 7% alcohol. Pretty nice, sitting outside in 85 degree cloudless skies drinking beer.

Everyday I was working our Ribfest this past week I was thinking how great it would be to be drinking an IPA, Anchor Steam or a decent Wheat beer out in the sun, even though it was relatively hot and incredibly humid outside.
We have a contract with Budweiser, so the only Wheat beer we had was Widmer Brothers and I couldn't drink on the job.

we got about 85 with about 20% humidity today with a nice cool breeze with a slight hint of fall in it.

I've said it several times, but my liver and I really need to start training for Dri and LA. I should have been drinking last night, but I fell asleep at, like, midnight instead. Party. On.

yes you need to start training. i wasn't gonna drink last night since i was so tired from the weekend but it didn't stop me.

what was more embarassing was that the sound dude at spaceland (who i never met before) came up to me and said "hey you were at the css/diplo show on friday right? damn you were WASTED!" never spoke to the dude before in my life. haha.

oh yeah, jameson & ginger ale per usual.

I'm guessing you typed this post somewhere after downing the 22nd or 23rd can.

at home or out & about?
i like hank's, they serve 'em nice & quick, & for 2 bucks a pop it's one of the best deals in town. unless you can find one of those bucket deals, which i hear last exit [also on atlantic] has.

Nope, I was probably on seven or eight at that point. I only drank 11 last night. You can just chalk that up to quick typing without much thought.

Hot damn, I'm excited.

Would any East Coaster like to volunteer to be my DD until, oh, September 22nd?
