Haha, Loog, they are shocking! Very Hunter Thompson-ish though.

Thursday - went to the pub after uni with engo types. Managed to lose all but one time on toss the boss so actually had to spend money

Friday - did a bit of study, then worked in the arvo/evening.

Today - some more research for an essay, gym. Going to see local band Bluebottle Kiss at the campus bar tonight - they're playing their last (double) album in its entirety with a revolving 13 piece band, so should be interesting

Tomorrow - try to get stuff done in the morning. Probable last hockey game of the season in the afternoon, followed either by a massive amoutn of drinking to celebrate, or a couple of quiet ones before going to dinner with my mentor if we get that sorted in time

good luck! i'm trying to convince my mom to do the chicago tri w/ me next summer.

if she's not in great shape, or doesn't want to do the olympic distance tri, i suggest entering the danskin triathlon. it's a sprint distance tri, all female, and the proceeds go to breast cancer research. that was my first and i'm glad i started there. it was a really warm and caring atmosphere.

she's done the danskin five times, and placed first in her age group this year. :)

this year was my second danskin; i really love it and will do it again next year, but i'd like to try something different as well.
