Marcus Feisel murder

In a nutshell:

Woman takes 4 kids (2 are foster kids) to park.
Has seizure due to heart condition.
People come to help her.
She says, "Are my 4 children ok?
People say, "Ma'am there are only 3 children here."

To which there is a huge manhunt for this lost 3 year old foster boy with thousands of people from the neighborhood searching all night with bloodhounds, helicopters and shit. There were candle vigils to boost morale and give people incentive to search.

The family moves out of their house.
The mother goes on television wearing the same clothes she was wearing the day of her seizure in hopes someone will recognize her and her son.

It turns out that the family left for a family reunion in KY, and taped his hands behind his back in a pack'n'play in a closet, which they say probably reached temperatures of 100 degrees. They return home to find him dead, so the husband takes his body out to the next county and burns it. Then the social worker comes for her weekly visit, they tell the worker Marcus is sick so the worker leaves.
Apparently the live in girlfriend of the foster father confessed to knowing something after their story wasn't fitting together.
They apparently received $3000 a month to take care of the foster kids.

Sickening.

How could someone possibly still be against the death penalty after reading a story like this?

So no one has heard of this?

I sort of left out the part where I elaborate that the foster parents fabricated the whole heart seizure story.
I thought something was up when the dogs couldn't find a scent only a few hours after his disappearance. I was also confused why one of the other 3 kids didn't say something about Marcus not being there, but it turns out that Marcus was the oldest of the 4.

I know, TJ, this story sounds ripe for national exploitative journalism. Too crazy to be true. That investigation went pretty quick and fell on them like a bus.

I just heard that these people had an initial plan to pull off the "missing kid" part at Kings Island (big amusement park). Smart move considering all the cameras there.

I'm pretty impervious to, you know, sympathy. But the thought of that kid locked in a closet and dying of heatstroke makes me crazy with hatred for these pieces of trash. Fucking lied until the end. You know, this is a FOSTER kid. You can give him back.

I'm with you. Even I got mad. I was afraid for when Johanna found out, because she feels rage against these people.
They were too lazy to give him back, they needed that money since the loser dad only worked like 1 week in the last 2 years.

Not only are those people bastards, they're stupid bastards. It didn't occur to them the kid would die? If not from heat, from dehydration or even from terror?

I want to be against the death penalty but these kind of fucks tip the scale.
