Hey, Obnerites.

I need to connect my iPod (60gvideo) to my home stereo (Rotel preamp).

Any of you have some suggested docking systems that you know work well.

I don't want to connect via the iPod' earphone outlet for fear of poor sound.


Any advice is greatly appreciated,

the dock that comes with the ipod has a line out on the back i think.

Putting the volume at the halfway mark will get you the same output as the lineout.

Anyone know if the non-apple docks are any good??
