anyone hear this yet? originally recorded on the loud label in the mid 90s but only released now by anticon. almost all of it sounds remarkably current, not to mention, quite good.

no, it sounds dated. but thats not a bad thing at all.there is no hip hop like it being put out. it was recorded in like 1996 and it sounds like good ol' golden age hip hop. i dont know if im allowed to count it on my year end list or not, because its definitely one of the best hip hop releases of the year (in a year of nothing).

yeah, upon further reflection, i think ive been letting how much i like this album confuse my thoughts about the datedness of its sound, so ignore that comment. still a great album though.
