First off, thanks Dri ;)

It's not a secret that i'm a huge fan of these guys, but honestly, they were one of the best bands I've ever seen live. I didn't walk out of there impressed, I walked out thinking "these guys are really something special", and not just some "new band" that's playing good music. They have such love for playing, and it shows not only in their sound, but in their stage presence and their faces. I've rarely seen a band having such a great fucking time playing their music, and that was refreshing. They gave off such good vibes.

The new material is superb as well, continuing on the melody driven/quick change up route. They played 4 new tunes as well as the new tune "Face the Facts" from the remastered version of their "Sing Song" EP that Astralwerks has recently released (this tune is not on the previously released ep, and is WELL worth the purchase of the new one!). Their debut album is due out on Astralwerks/Heavenly in summer 2007.

I just can't say enough about these guys. If they roll through your town you should do your best to check them out.

wasn't able to, but Ian said no worries as he already...... :)

i'd also like to add that the 5 people i went with thoroughly enjoyed them, bought merch, and didn't mind fending off a gang of crackheads to get to the club. no really, a gang of them. gotta love downtown miami.
