Awesome power pop song!
Just got the link:

Kinda crummy sound quality though. Sorry about that.

I've had admittedly little exposure to powerpop but it never really grabbed me as a genre.

Did you listen to the song?
I would've thought the same thing if I wasn't blindsided by this on on a local music show (Local Anesthetic on WXRT).

I never would've guessed that they were capable of something this wonderful.

I stopped listening to them in 1990. You should too.

I refused to listen to them until 2002, when I first heard this song.
You should maybe think again.

But, of course, I like Shrimp Boat.

Maybe I'm nuts, but didn't you start a thread about this tune a couple months ago?

Good song, though. Those guys are complete idiots, but they write some great tunes.

No.
I did a search on this and found that I recommended it in a "recommend Awesome Power Pop Songs" thread that was started by, I think, you, if I'm not mistaken?

So, this is a belated follow-up with the actual song being posted some 5 or 6 months later.

Glad you liked the song. I think it's pretty hot, obviously.
