You say Thune or Daschle? Give up the scoop!

I don't have any numbers, but I made a bet 15 months ago that Daschle was done.

I loathe Daschle. He makes my skin crawl. I hope he loses his ass.

He is what he is. I like him fine, but it is almost impossible to be associated as a party leader nationally, when that party polls at 40% in your state, and win. Thune is no Norm Coleman..he is more of a Saxby Chambliss. Happened to be in the right place and have the right opponent in the right state.

Chambliss ain't my cup of tea neither. Actually, as far as Daschle goes, I would vote for Scott Stapp over him.

Anyone else see that Bank of America ad in which they talk about their fancy shmancy ATMs? There's a shot in which they show a map of the US, and all the states turn RED! (to show they have ATMs all over the damn place)

That was a scary sight.

I saw that too the other night! Scary!

Dan Rather sounds like Mr. Ed.

"Hold on now, Willllbur. Looks like the state of Orrrregon is going to go to Mr. Kerrrry."

Goddamn. GOP candidate Vitter elected to the Senate from Louisiana, but what's more surprising is that there won't be a runoff. For those who don't know, in LA you have to get a majority, not just a plurality.
