Felt like crap all week, but was on vacation last week so had to come in. Running on autopilot at work, but have no problem typing dribble here. Maybe because it only requires finger movement. Maybe it's just prioritization. Dunno.

Someone just knocked on my office door and I told them I was on the phone and come back later even though I wasn't.

It's hard to hide in the beauracracy when there's only 20 employees, though. I'm trying today.

Anyone have one of those Dilbert jobs where you can hide in a corner cubicle for 25 years and no one knows you're there but you still get paid anyway?

Not quite, but I'm suffering through a touch of sickness myself, as I have a lot of work to do these next 2 weeks...

I do. I can go whole days without doing a damn thing, and nobody notices. I routinly take 45min - 1 hour naps while on the clock, usually in the mainframe room, where its nice and cool.

I'm not proud. I'm not lazy. But damn do I hate this place, and my motivation to excel at my job is lacking, to say the least.

At my office only when the boss is not around as my "cube" is about 10 steps away from his office. However, I have to be out and about on my job so I can leave for hours at a time and everyone thinks I'm working.
