Had a lady call me at work and ask what the song was today. But I was working on a time-consuming news story and blew her request off with an "I can email it to you before the holiday." Now I can send her an answer long before Christmas -- like Thanksgiving.

Isn't it funny how all of the commercials nowadays use indie-rock stuff to pimp their ads? The other day I heard Mellowdrone's "OH MY IT'S A WONDERFUL DAY!" song for like Toyota or something.

I have heard that it's because all the baby boomers who used to hire Ron Dante are retired, and the new school has stepped in. I have nothing to back that up, though.
