k-os announces extensive US tour dates
The jaunt will follow the release of a new album

k-os has announced the dates of a coast-to-coast US tour.

The jaunt will begin in Boston on February 17, before wrapping up in New Orleans April 6.

The rapper will tour with Gym Class Heroes, RX Bandits and P.O.S. following the stateside release of his new album, 'ATLANTIS-Hymns for Disco', on February 20.

The record features vocals from Kevin Drew of indie rock outfit Broken Social Scene.

Speaking about the album, k-os said: "When an artist expresses truth honestly and with a pure heart, they can end up speaking for a myriad of people. From a very specific experience can come a general understanding and healing."
