Remember that band The Fire Show? (request)

Overhyped (Pfork) band from Chicago that was only around for a few years and broke up in 2002? They were band of the moment for like 5 minutes, and then seem to have been pretty much forgotten about.

Anyway, I was going to go back and listen to them again sometime soon, but I discovered that I don't have their first (s/t) album. I thought I had downloaded it at one point, but I've been unable to find it anywhere, and no luck getting again off of slsk, either.

I could order it pretty cheap, but I'm not really sure it'd be worth it. I'd just like to hear it. So, if anybody out there has it, could you help me out? I'll return the favor in whatever way I can.

I realize this is kind of a long shot, but I figured I might as well try.

If it's the album, Saint The Fire Show, then I have it and I'm ripping it now.

No, it's not that one. Thanks, though.

It's just s/t. They had three, The Fire Show, Above the Volcano of Flowers, and then Saint the Fire Show was their last one.

Sorry. I should have clarified.

I don't even know if it's any good. It must not be too great if nobody on slsk has it.

Dammit, looking at that tracklist off the AMG link...I know I have this somewhere. I'll keep looking as this stuff bothers me, I hate misplacing things, even things I haven't thought about for years.

This is soo weird, but that band name popped into my head about three days ago.

Only because I remembered going to see their very last show with Fastnbulbous at the Double Door. I was thinking about the club and that night popped in my head, I just remember Fast talking to them.
