Wow.

I'm not a Pats fan by any means, but that's unfair to say. Giving him the ball on his own 20 or so and expect him to score a TD with less than a minute is not a way to assess if someone is clutch or not.

I know Brady is clutch. He's proved it many a time. I'm not judging his ability. I'm just saying it was nice to see him screw up this time. Makes the rest of us mere mortals feel better. Plus, he went to Michigan. So, I'm required to root against him.

And he went to Serra High. Ha, ha, ha... ha.

So relieved I don't have to be oversaturated with smarmy Brady this week.

Manning was the better QB today... great game.

Caldwell sucked today.

Seriously. How did he not run to the back corner of the endzone when he wasn't being guarded? Not that it mattered, since he dropped that pass. As well as a TD pass earlier in the game.

It was awesome. I turned off the game at 21-3, and then turned it back on at 28-28. I regret turning it off, but I pretty much feel like I would have watched the Pats bury the Colts had I continued to watch it.
I make fun of the Mannings frequently for being habitual losers in every game that matters, but he frequent tore it up Elway/Montana style the second half and last drive. I thought Reggie Wayne was going to fumble away the game winning drive, and the Pats were going to sneak away with another one.
You know everyone wants to see the Pats lose, when even your own mother gets excited about the Colts victory and she rarely watches NFL football.

It was a classic match-up of SEC qb (sure, Peyton; but last we checked, Tennessee is still in the SEC East (yeah, I know, Tennessee, too, but, yeah)) vs. Big 10 qb, & the SEC came out on top.

Now I officially don't give one flying fuck about the superbowl. I was at least going to WATCH it if the Pats made it. Now, I'd rather stick needles up my urethra.

NIGHTMARE FUEL.

Though, if Spontaneous Poet or Spade Kitty were administering the needles, I think that OPA! would be turned on.
