I enjoy it a lot, but then again I also really enjoyed Rock N Roll (braces for impact)

There's quite a few who dig that album. I'm not one of them, but there are some who do. LooGAR and Bloor like it, I know that.

I don't care for it either, but a few of these new tracks on Fasterpiece are pretty sweet.

I like it lots, and wish he would work more in that vein. Haven't heard this Sad Drac shee yet.

RnR is good for me, but I pretty much like all the stuff he's put out.

I think people who don't like Rock N Roll probably don't like rock n roll...or Ryan Adams.

Its a great record mainly because he sounds like he's having a blast which definitely can't be said for some of his stuff (though, like two bums, I am a fan of almost everything he's done--so sue me)

My thoughts exactly.

Rock N Roll is my favorite Ryan Adams album. Any of his unreleased web stuff sound like that record?? I haven't heard the Sad Dracula release. Burning Photographs, So Alive, Luminol all are great in my opinion. I'd like to hear more songs in that vein. Seems like he got pretty slammed for that record by fans and critics alike but it gets the most play out of my Ryan Adams stack.

There's not a ton of stuff from his unreleased collection that sounds like RnR, but Sad Drac gets close.

I wouldn't say I was wild about it either. I heard a couple of good tracks while I was cooking dinner for a household of people. Have I dug in ? Will it make it on some end-of-year list ? Is it as good as the two tracks I've heard from the new Son Volt record ?
#1 = No
#2 = No
#3 = F**k no

I love rock n roll and Ryan Adams, but this just doesn't do it for me. I just don't believe him here. It feels really empty and inauthentic, crafted in a reactionary way to specifically to be his "rock and roll album".
