By "after work" do you mean after the Temple Bar gig or sometime on Thursday late afternoon/early evening trying to leave you enough time to get to Temple Bar before 8pm? I don't know if I'll be able to get together too early on Thursday. Its hard for me to get out of work and down to the Hollywood area much before 7pm but I'll see what i can do.

The Calendar section of Temple Bar's website seems to be set to April...Strange...Who is the artist you are working with again? Is it anyone I'd like?

Sorry dude and dudettes. My schedule didn't allow for a meet up. My meeting with my client's manager took up most of the afternoon and by the time I got out of there I headed for a quick drink at El Carmen around 6:15 and then headed to Santa Monica.
I only spent about 20 minutes in Amoeba and came out with the new Deerhunter disc. The place was so filled with stuff I got overwhelmed and couldn't think of anything to buy.

I had an amazing time in SoCal. I think San Diego is more my speed. Los Angeles was ok and I only saw about 4 blocks of Santa Monica, at night. Temple Bar was a cool little room. My acts sold around 400 tickets at the 300 capacity bar. It was packed and there was line down the block at 11:15pm.

Just amused, 'cause most east-coast and southerners that I know who move to CA are insanely frustrated by the CA "oh, well, sure I said we'd do this on Sunday at three, but you know, stuff, and no, why would I have called you?" thing that a certain subset of the locals are prone to.

As for me, I had awful tendonitis in my hands for a while and then a terrible work schedule for a while plus moving and getting the new house more in one piece and such. You?
