oh, I don't care about the money, I just don't want 'em on the news. I suspect a good airstrike is more than a week of Ranger Joe sitting on the phone at the base camp.

This topic annoys me. Look, I understand that it stresses many different areas when a climber is stuck up on a mountain. That said though, and being a climber myself (though not this season), I know that most climbers who would even think about attempting that caliber of climb are not idiots. It seems like these "stranded climber" stories are the flavor of the month. This issue severely is a media-driven monster.
