There's nothing as immediately striking as say "Falling Man" or "Doll Is Mine" from the last one but pretty much every song is seriously solid with the title track, "dr. strangeluv," "SW," "spring by summer fall," and "silently" all kicking a lot of ass. i've got to say that the song having the most impact on me so far though is "top ranking." it's pretty unique sounding for a blonde redhead song...it's almost bouncy.

kazu's voice sounds really great in this incarnation as well...it sounds more open and full as opposed to way that it sometimes sounds really strained (think "elephant woman.") think more like thom yorke on The Bends than the later radiohead stuff.

like i said, not really as in your face as misery but it goes down more smoothly and frankly, i can't stop playing it.

He already posted about it, I believe.
Said it could be their best.

With praise like that from a fan like him, I'm seriously considering picking this one up.

if they didn't, they wouldn't have such a massive upward potential. :P
