While I can see where many many people would find this film annoying, boring, and perhaps even contrived, I found it to be a great slice of independent filmmaking made by my own peer group. I first heard about this film when it was making the festival circuit, and meant to see it, but scheduling conflicts caused me to not be able to take it in until it hit DVD.
I guess of Obner interest, the music in it isn't bad. In fact, Alan, the main guy in the focus of the film is in a band called Bishop Allen, which looks to be where a lot of the music is from.
