The other day I got on my computer and there was a dialog box open which read something about what profile I want to use. I clicked on "new profile" or whatever wasn't "jasmine's profile". Anyway, it wiped out my history and all of my bookmarks. Is there any way to get this back? Z said no the other day, but I'm hoping that he was wrong. ALL of my bookmarks are gone.

I would dig around there...and maybe you'll get lucky.

Isn't there a profile in the list called "default"?

i believe what i said was that i didn't know how to get back that profile.

there is a way, this happened to me a while back, i forget how atm but i'll post it

When this happens, just cancel out of that box, open task manager, hit the processes tab and find firefox.exe. Right click that and hit "End Process".

Then re-open Firefox and you're fine.
