Billboard.com mentioned today that a April-May 2005 US tour is being lined up with headliner Snow Patrol being supported by Embrace and Athlete.

If that turns out to be true, that'll be AWEEEEEEEEEESOME.

Judging by the number of 14-year-old girls in attendance at the last Snow Patrol show I went to, I most likely would decline. If they decide to do 21+ clubs, maybe.

Not sure yet. Wires was a grower. I hate that Track 7 on the MP3's floating around is all f-ed up.

Need to listen again (I've only gone through it twice). It shows growth, though.

I think I'm going to puke - but in a cutesy, slightly-off way...

this is coming to the vic in chicago on may 12.

i just heard "wires" last night and could barely even get through it. i think it's a good song, but the subject matter is just way heavy. maybe i need to give it some time and let it settle.

If anyone is keeping tally, put another hash mark in the Snow Patrol roolz column. Made the mistake of thinking I could show up and pick up a ticket when they were in Lawrence a couple of months ago and was promptly turned away. I learned later that the DJ would have comped me, but I don't have a cell phone, dangit. While I prefer his work with The Reindeer Section, I really got into that SP album and over the summer played it countless times. This time I'll jump on the tics a whole lot faster. Sounds like I should probably take my wife to help defend me from all the young girls.
