Shiv- Nah, man. We had a good time out with you guys. Great company, great food. It was a good night. Meeting Andrea the next day at Hootnanny was a little awkward, but yeah.

The tournament went well. My partner and I got 8th place out of 345 teams. We could taste the win, but it wasn't meant to be. Frustrating. Not a bad weekend overall though.

So the event center wasn't in Fitchburg proper. It was like 15 minutes out into the sticks. There was one restaurant in the whole place and all of us that travelled (most everyone. lots of French, Japanese, Dutch, English, etc) were trapped up there with nothing but overpriced bar food. It sucked.

The weekend was a success though, with us doing so well in the tournament. Now that that happened I'll be running around quite a bit in the next few months. San Francisco, Montreal, Columbus, San Diego, and later in the year Valencia and New York. I love this game.
