staying home sick today and i can barely stand to stare at this screen without getting a headache. I've tried watching 3 seperate movies and got sick halfway through all of them (though the subtitles in Yojimbo were a bad idea to sta4rt with). I think Looney Tunes is the only thing that can get me to calm down, but I still can't sleep at all. I'm seriously about to mix up a big pot of whiskey and honey and get myself drunk enough to sleep. What pisses me off is that I just spent the better part of me weeklong vacation taking care of my sickass girlfriend, now 2 weeks later I'm using up all my sick days because I caught her phantom nerd disease. this sucks. that is all.

Carrie is bedridden like every 2 weeks and considering how much time i spend with my no-immune-system-having hippie vegan friends I shoulda been out a long time ago. I suspect her scientist coworkers biologically engineered this to make me look like a pansy.

she's not working with the biodome crew, dude. i've met her coworkers, and if any of them can get so far as to engineer a reuben then i'll eat my hat.

i've moved onto boilermakers, only with cough syrup instead of bourbon. The latest in a long, long line of my stupid ideas, but hey it don't taste half bad and remains more effective than the aforementioned whiskey/honey combo. Of course i'm semi-delerious, but i migth actually fall asleep sometime before 5 AM this time.
