schiesse. I wish I could get this. I'm a pretty big fan, although, I haven't listened to them much in the past year.

Whoa! Can I get in on this, too?

I really enjoy their original music as well as last year's mix LP.

*thumbs up*

curious as to whether you still feel this way. i used to be a fan, but i think of the world music trappings of this album and the ESL thing as a whole as purely shopping music now, although obviously this is more an issue of me changing than them. i've grown pretty bored with this record.

i haven't. TC are just that....background music. perfect for the office here, or rockin' on a long drive. the production on the album is outstanding.

I hope they make it to Seattle on tour. I saw them after Richest Man in Babylon came out and it was an amazing show. They had 2 different female singers and 2 rasta dudes singing different songs. Talk about a show I should have gotten my smoke on for, but it really wasn't necessary.

Downloading this from usenet right now, looking forward to hearing it.

Also getting M.I.A., the Detroit Cobras and the new Dzihan & Kamien.

I've always liked them and Fila Brazilia as far as bachelor pad worldy chill out music goes.

Woah - I didn't realize that this post started in early February. I glommed on pretty late, I guess.
